For a lot of men, blushing is a common occurence which ends in being embarrassed in front of others and the cause of the blushing can be a result of a number of different causes. In many cases, blushing is deemed to be an ordinary emotion, very similar to laughing. Many people believe blushing is a bad thing, akin to the heavy snorer at night who keeps their significant other awake. With this train of thought everyone who does blush is upset with their blushing that commonly occurs from being embarrased or something they are thinking about. The biological reason that the blushing occurs in humans on the cheeks is that small blood vessels become dilated causing the red blushing color. Well for one, you need to organize and remember the times where your blushing occurs. By remembering the times you are always blushing, you can connect a trigger to the blushing. This does not always cause you to stop blushing, it will help you identify where the problem exists and make a solution easier to find. Other normal associations to blushing is when a person decides to drink wine. While having their wine, it is common for the face to turn red.
